The staff are excellent, and there are many thoughtful property features: indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, water dispensers by ice machines, convenience mini-store, nice lobby areas with comfortable seating, lots of charging stations in rooms, Keurig coffee makers. The staff contacted us by phone to let us know that a storm disabled their wireless and internet services. It would be helpful if management created an emergency protocol to support their onsite staff: extra entrance rugs to replace wet ones, toweling (for clean up and in the pool and gym), instructions to reset breakers if there's a power surge (the lights were out in the pool area), instructions to reset the internet and TV streaming/cable service, maybe some kind of treats for inconvenienced guests -- break out some cookies and popcorn or something. Also, the thermostat in our room was not working; it was over 80 degrees when set at 65. The shower gel dispenser was hanging off the wall and could not be re-hung. There were only two tissues left in the box, and only one washrag for two of us. These are management supply and maintenance issues that probably should be reviewed for everyone's benefit.
